Bill and Esther Emmons are the senior pastors of Life Christian Center and the founders of Prophetic Destiny Ministry. International Prophet Dr. Bill Hamon called them "..strong prophets ... who will build the church prophetically...with the supernatural...with revelation knowledge...with the miracle and not according to any established pattern or program of man." Bill & Esther have a vision to see this house and those who attend here fully restored, physically healed and totally on fire for God. They have laid a solid foundation of prayer and prophetic worship in this place over the years and hope to build up many leaders for the coming move of God. God supernaturally brought Bill & Esther together in 2001 and called them as apostolic prophets, teachers and pastors. They answer these calls by caring for the sheep here in Johnstown and traveling internationally as God directs. In addition Bill serves as a prophet and member of the apostolic board of Maranatha Ministerial Fellowship International founded by Apostle Rick Callahan. On this board He helps to oversee more than 2850 churches and ministries globally.
The Ryan's were pastors of a Spirit-filled American Baptist Church in Gloversville, NY for a number of years. In addition George was a school teacher and taught Bible college classes in the Albany area. God led George and Lily to step out of the senior pastorate and after looking at a number of local churches found a home at Life Christian Center. They are seasoned, trusted ministers with a call as pillars to lay foundations through solid pastoral and teaching ministry. George and Lily currently teach our "covenant fellowship" (membership) class and our water baptism class. In addition the Ryan's do hospital visitation, prayer visitation and visitor follow-up. They are true spiritual parents who demonstrate a deep love for God, genuine faithfulness to the people and a passionate heart for prayer. They are wonderful servants of Christ and honored leaders of this house.
Darren and Christie Emmons are the leaders of our teen group at church. They have a genuine passion to see the next generation set on fire for God and serving Him with pure hearts. Out teen ministry is currently meeting with young people ages 13 to 18 the second and forth Wednesday of the month. The vision Darren and Christie have goes way beyond the simple framework of gathering youth and we are excited to see what they will do in the months ahead. They desire to see a harvest of young people come in according to several prophetic words the church has received through prophets Steve and Rita Fedele, James Berkley and Tony Alward.
